Another behind-the-scenes from our latest exhibition Line(s) of Desire, directed by Aicha Benazouz and curated by Achraf Remok.
In partnership with The French Institute of Morocco, this installation from Amine Asselman is from his MUSAIC project.
MUSAIC is a language, inspired by the geometry of Zellige, created to visually translate the musical notes of the chromatic scale in the form of tiles. The project is an attempt to immortalize the ephemeral nature of music in contemporary architecture by translating musical notes onto Zellige wall panels.
